Her background is as a communications specialist. She worked with words, communication, PR, the media and information for all of her working life. She is obsessed with getting clarity and action in all of the projects she works on. This means she is able to help individuals, teams and organisations ‘get sh*t done’ so they can achieve their strategic goals. 

For example, she has helped businesses focus on team engagement, creative communication and project leadership. She has worked with businesses like: AMP, Commonwealth Bank, Metro, Nestle, Microsoft, ANZ and Intuit and a host of other organisations and businesses. 

She often plays the role of an interpreter or navigator; helping people find the way through the work they are doing, finding quick solutions, hacks, shortcuts and paths to the end result.
